According to the private TV channel Dunya News, a hearing was held on the petition filed by the Islamabad High Court for the disqualification of Imran Khan for not revealing his alleged daughter. Lawyer Hamid Ali Shah appeared.
Chief Justice Amir Farooq said that it is a 2-minute case, every person’s privacy is important, it should be respected. Accordingly, we dismiss this petition today.
Chief Justice Aamir Farooq while talking to Imran Khan’s lawyer said that once the case is opened or closed, the matter will be over, if it is admissible, it will continue if it is admissible. So it will come in the next elections.
The court inquired from the petitioner’s lawyer that the guardian can be anyone, do you have a copy of this guardianship case? Guardian, anyone can be anyone, the court inquired, have you completed the arguments for the application to be heard?

Chief Justice Aamir Farooq said that what you are telling is a single party judgment. The petitioner said that when a party does not follow the case, the notice is terminated. The court said that Imran Khan should give a clear stand which It is known that Terian is his daughter, but you are saying that he is the father.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani said that he does not believe that he is the father, the court inquired whether there is guardianship in the affidavit, where is paternity written? Terian’s statement given in the court by the petitioner’s lawyer was presented, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani said that even Teriyan did not say that Imran Khan is his father, even if Teriyan says, it will not be binding on Imran Khan according to the law.
The court said that you do not have the petition that was filed in the California court, if there was a petition, it would have been known what the position was taken in it.
