Power has been restored at all grid stations across the country, claims the Ministry of Energy

ISLAMABAD (Daily Pakistan Online) The Ministry of Energy has claimed to restore power to all grid stations after breakdown across the country.

According to the Ministry of Energy, electricity has been restored at 1112 grid stations of NTDC across the country, the current production of electricity is 9 thousand 704 MW, Ministry of Energy officials say that up to 6600 MW of coal and 3500 MW of nuclear power plants. It may take 48 to 72 hours to restore the system. Currently, the power generation in the country is up to 9,704 MW while the country is currently facing shortfalls up to 4,000 MW.

It should be remembered that electricity supply was suspended in many cities of the country including Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad due to the breakdown in the morning yesterday, which is still being fully restored.
