Islamabad (Daily Pakistan Online) The Islamabad High Court expressed its dissatisfaction with the correspondence submitted by the Foreign Office in the case related to the release of Dr. Aafia Siddiqui and asked for complete records at the next hearing.
According to the private TV channel Express News, the case related to the release of Pakistani Dr. Aafia Siddiqui imprisoned in the American jail was heard in the Islamabad High Court. Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan heard the case. The foreign officials appeared in the court, the record of the correspondence with the US was presented in the Islamabad High Court on the court order.
The court, speaking to the officials of the Foreign Office, said that they have started the process again which they have done before. Let me see this, Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan said, show the correspondence that has been done with America, Judge High Court said that after a month, another report has come which is unsatisfactory.
The Islamabad High Court expressed dissatisfaction with the correspondence presented by the Foreign Office and ordered to present the record of all the correspondence at the next hearing. The court adjourned the hearing of the case till December 7.
