Judges have to be accountable in the hereafter, Justice Qazi Faiz Isa’s statement

Karachi (Daily Pakistan Online) Senior judge of the Supreme Court, Justice Qazi Faiz Isa, says that judges have to be accountable in the hereafter.

Addressing the ceremony in Karachi, Justice Qazi Faiz Isa said that the Constitution gives the right to equal vote to the members of the Judicial Commission, it is not written anywhere that the Chief Justice has the authority to appoint judges.

He said that Pakistan was only 7 years old when its democratic system was attacked, the court of that time declared this undemocratic attack unconstitutional.

Justice Qazi Faiz Isa said that the unconstitutional decisions taken at that time had a negative impact on the country. In the past, the former prime minister was sentenced to death by an illegal decision.

He said that in 2007, the lawyers started the movement not for the judges, but for the citizens, in 2007, the citizens of Karachi made the sacrifice, the mace waver started the politics of the container. Justice Qazi Faiz Isa said that the lawyers of Balochistan have made a great sacrifice for the judiciary, the country has suffered due to the lust of some people.
