Chelsea have reportedly joined Arsenal in the race to sign Stuttgart striker Serhou Guirassy during the summer transfer window.
The Blues are eyeing a quality goalscorer this summer and they have been looking at multiple options in the transfer market.
RB Leipzig’s Benjamin Sesko was a hot target for the hierarchy, but the Slovenian recently penned a new long-term deal.
BILD now report that the Blues have an eye on Guirassy, who is also on the radar of the Gunners, AC Milan and Borussia Dortmund.
The same outlet claim that Guirassy is open to securing a big-club move and would like to sort out his future by the end of June.
Guirassy had a sensational 2023/24 season with Stuttgart. He scored 30 goals from as many appearances in all competitions.
He was a key factor behind their second-placed finish in the Bundesliga, but he is still keen on parting ways with the club.
Guirassy could be signed for a bargain fee. The 28-year-old currently has a release clause worth £15 million in his contract.
