Islamabad (Daily Pakistan Online) Significant progress has been made in Noor Muqaddam murder case. The court fixed October 14 for indictment of the accused. During the hearing, the main accused Zahir Jaffer, speaking before the court for the first time, said, “I apologize.”
According to private TV 24 News, Noor Muqaddam murder case was heard in the local court of Islamabad during which 6 accused including the main accused Zahir Jaffer were produced in the court. The court rejected the accused’s request for a copy of the digital evidence.
The main accused Zahir Jaffer pleaded with the court that he wanted to come forward and talk on the roster, to which the apex judge remarked that he was not needed yet and would hear you in the trial.
The judge directed the police to take the accused back to Bakhshi Khan, after which the court adjourned further hearing of the case.
